One booking covers the driver, the table, the venue and the guest list. When one of them changes, you have one person to call. Five things we hold to on every booking, in writing.

I don't want my guests to just see Singapore. I want them to taste it. The snack from a stall we pass. The drink the locals grew up on. The small thing they would never have found alone. The day should feel like something they lived, not something they watched.

Planners and travellers ask us these questions most often. If yours is not here, ask us. You get a written reply within 24 hours, in your language.
Lead time follows the size of the party. A private day works at short notice: a week is usually enough, and we have turned an itinerary around in 48 hours when a plan changed mid-trip. A group itinerary wants four weeks or more. Events run 4 weeks to 6+ months ahead, because the venues worth having are held that far out.
Every itinerary is priced line by line: venues, vehicles, hosting, dining. Party size and the number of days move the total most. You get a single line-item quote before you confirm, and what you approve is what you pay. Tell us your dates and your party size, and a first proposal usually follows within two working days.
Yes. Weather, a delayed flight, a CEO who wants one more evening: we replan around it. Your planner stays reachable on WhatsApp while you are here.
From a table for two to a room of 200: private days for 1–8 guests, group itineraries for 6–16 guests over 3–7 nights, and events for 10–200+ guests. Above roughly forty guests we split you into hosted groups, each with its own guide and vehicle, so a big programme still feels personal.
Singapore rain is heavy and it is short. Every itinerary carries an indoor version, written before you arrive. Most guests notice the switch only because the car is already at the right door.
A deposit usually confirms your venues and vehicles, and the balance falls due closer to your dates. The exact terms are written into your proposal, so you see them before you pay anything. Changing dates is usually easier than cancelling: much of what we book in Singapore can move with you.
We work in four languages: English, Spanish, French and Japanese. Ask for a Spanish-, French- or Japanese-speaking guide in Singapore and, dates allowing, that is the guide who meets you. The itinerary, the emails and your guide's brief are all written in the language you booked. Menus, signage and briefings can be prepared in two languages for international groups.
One person owns your booking from the first reply to the last transfer: no handovers, no ticket queue. You get their WhatsApp number, and a written reply within 24 hours, in your language. Kyoko, who founded Elite Experiences and still guides in Singapore, briefs the guide on every party herself.
